L. Camille Massey is vice president of Global Strategy and Programs at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) where she oversees the Corporate Program developing strategic partnerships and global initiatives.
Camille joined CFR in 2008 from Cue Global, a consulting business she started in 2000, before which she was a director at the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights (now Human Rights First), a non-profit, nonpartisan international human rights organization. She is a fellow at The Carter Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
Camille is the chair of the board of directors of Breakthrough, an India and U.S. human rights organization. She is on the board of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School and an advisory board at City University of New York Law School. She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association.
