Jonathan Barton is a Managing Director at Bank of America. He joined in May 2016, and has been in the financial services industry for 30 years.
Prior to joining the bank, Jonathan was a founding partner and COO at Meru Capital Group, LP – a multi-asset class hedge fund manager – and before that he was a founding partner, co-COO and CFO of Old Lane, LP. Old Lane was a global investment firm which was bought by Citigroup in 2007.
Prior to Old Lane, Jonathan had been a Managing Director in the Institutional Securities Division at Morgan Stanley.
Jonathan has an M.B.A. from London Business School, and an M.A. from Cambridge University where he studied Law and History of Art.
