Natalie Horton is the global head of global markets financing at UBS, where she oversees the firm’s prime brokerage, securities lending, and financing businesses. Since joining UBS in 2017, she has held a series of senior leadership roles, including global head of capital markets financing, global head of equity finance, and global head of delta one trading. Under her leadership, UBS has posted record prime brokerage results and driven significant growth in hedge fund client relationships. Prior to UBS, Horton spent fifteen years at Deutsche Bank, rising to global head of equities funding, resource management & securities lending and global COO of prime finance. She began her career as an equity options trader at Morgan Stanley. Horton holds a BA from New York University.
